Inspired by Sunny’s ongoing guidance, “Paint it Sunny” is our annual initiative to give back to the community. We invite homeowners, Realtors®, and neighbors in Central PA to nominate a family in need. The selected family receives a free, top-dollar home transformation—a surprise makeover that brings hope and a fresh start.
